OEM Compliance
Adherence to aviation regulations, airworthiness directives, and recommended service bulletins is paramount. Our director of maintenance will identify, research, oversee, and track it all.
Maintenance Planning
Aircraft maintenance begins with comprehensive planning. This includes scheduling routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and addressing any reported issues or discrepancies.
Scheduled Maintenance
Routine inspections and maintenance tasks are scheduled based on a combination of flight hours, cycles, and/or calendar time. This helps prevent potential issues and ensures that the aircraft remains in optimal condition.
Unscheduled Maintenance
Unexpected issues or discrepancies will arise between scheduled maintenance events. Scottsdale Hangar One will troubleshoot and resolve any unscheduled events promptly to minimize downtime and maintain safety.
Maintenance Records
Maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and modifications must be well-documented, providing a complete and accurate history of the aircraft's maintenance. This is essential for compliance and safety, while also providing value at the time of sale.

All of Scottsdale Hangar One’s maintenance personnel are certified airframe & powerplant (A&P) mechanics and receive formal training annually on the various aircraft based at our facility.

Flight Scheduling is available to Scottsdale Hangar One members as well as corporate flight departments throughout the United States. As a member of Scottsdale Hangar One, our Pilot Services program is designed to assist you with one of the most personal aspects of aircraft ownership – who will be the pilot(s). Led by our Chief Pilot of over 20 years, the team behind our Pilot Services program will be your right hand in the recruitment and onboarding of pilots and provide guidance that will help you make informed decisions for you and your flight department.Â
Pilot Services includes the option to simplify the employment process by having your crew employed by Scottsdale Hangar One. We will bear the administrative task of employing your pilots and offering benefits while you retain the authority to make decisions on matters such as retention, compensation, time off, etc.

Accounting Services
Accounting Services at Scottsdale Hangar One will simplify the processing of your airplane’s expenses for you and your team. Our Accounting Department has more than 25 years of combined experience working in aviation-based accounting and will be an invaluable resource to your team.
With Accounting Services, Scottsdale Hangar One will receive and approve all of your expenditures, make payments, and consolidate all of your expenses into one monthly invoice. We can also provide customized reports with your monthly invoice package. These can be organized by trip, expense category, etc., depending on your organizational reporting needs.
